I’m not sure how devoted to this I will be, or what exactly it will become, but because I pretty much loathe every wedding site I’ve found, I decided to make femmewedding.tumblr.com
I’m hoping it will include pretty pictures, queers of all sorts, & non-traditional wedding ideas/advice, including things like:
- How to Have a Non-Binary Wedding (Or: Avoiding Being Asked Which One of You is the Bride)
- Your Heterosexist/Homophobic Cousin: How To Decide Who To Invite to Your Queer Wedding
- Super Femme Wedding Dresses for People of All Sizes
- How Not to Appropriate Someone Else’s Culture in Your Wedding Ceremony
It’s important to me that this will avoid the normal sexist, heterosexist, cissexist, racist, ableist, sizeist bullshit that often accompanies most other wedding sites.
Also, as the name suggests, It will be geared towards cis & trans* femme brides, but allies are always welcome. :)

Calico is one of those people I met in the last few years who I can’t imagine living without. She’s gorgeous, brilliant, and funny, and she’s so easy to be with that I find myself exhausted from smiling. She makes me happy in a million ways.
Also, she’s insanely hot. In case you didn’t notice.

femmethings said: you are amazing <3<3 here are my suggestions: theatre/any art, new lipstick/nail polish, lots of tea, a new erotica book, some comfort tv/relaxation time! feel better.
